NYC has shown how over populated the Electronic music scene has gotten in the past 6 years that I had to leave again. Artist like Armand Van Helden, A-Trak, and My french connection Spitzer even know that the NYC electronic music is dry & its keeping them away from the city of dreams. Besides the fact that we have the lady Gaga doing her thing in the mainstream market now, it's a really delicate situation to flourish your music in the big apple since everyone hates on each other and do not want to just play music and forget about all this social Climbing & trying to become famous lol. Since the summer of 09 I have traveled to LA, Philly, NJ, & now doing Vegas to meet people who actually do not close themselves to a open market society. Goes to show that capitalism even exist on some of our music culture and is created by people that just steal material and want to make a quick buck. well I'll just keep my Huge Stanton headphones on and listen to wild western scores from the 60's and be happy with the fact that People around the world need to see what the music market is like for underground artist.
